The purchase of any travel services offered by Adarah Inc. constitutes a contractual arrangement between you (the Traveler) and Adarah Inc. and represents your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you carefully read and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking. You are advised to check the Adarah Inc. websites or request the latest version of the Terms & Conditions prior to booking your vacation.
Deposit & Final Payment
Your first non-refundable deposit of $250 per person, per vacation is required to reserve space for you, with some limited exceptions as noted below. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express transactions are accepted. In the event the traveler is unable to attend the event, the application fee and deposit is non-refundable. You will be only able to receive a refund for any payments made after your non-refundable deposit within 8 weeks. However, if you’re unable to attend after the 8-week period has passed, you will have to provide medical documentation or submit a letter regarding a family death. In the event of this situation, your application and deposit fees are still non-refundable.
No payments are transferable. Your booking is not confirmed and payment is not deemed made until the deposit is received and you receive a confirmation invoice. Your reservation will be automatically cancelled if full payment is not received 72 hours after your application has been accepted. Payment of the deposit indicates you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Payment Plan Terms
Our Adarah Inc. Payment Plan allows the customer the flexibility to pay for their travel via the installment payment plan. The purchaser that utilizes the payment plan agrees that their credit card can be charged in installments once a month for a maximum of 6 months (excluding initial non-refundable deposit payment of $250 that should be paid manually once the application is accepted) until their travel is paid in full. The number of payments will be proportionate with the payment plan. . The Purchaser will receive an emailed invoice requesting payment. At the time the final payment is made, the purchaser will be notified. The Purchaser further understands that they can, at any time, pay for the order in full.
We always do our best to make sure your travel arrangements are satisfactory. However we cannot accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force nature or any other event which is beyond our control or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part.
Passports are required for entry into any foreign country. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid travel documentation, including but not limited to passports and visas, which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at every destination.
Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility.
It should be noted that documents issued are non-transferable. Such documents may include but are not limited to hotel vouchers, tour vouchers or any other document used to confirm an arrangement with a service provider.
Such documents may also be subject to conditions such as, but not limited to, being non refundable, non-date-changeable, and subject to cancellation or amendment fees.
Credit Card Transactions
If for any reason, any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your remedy lies against the provider, and not against Adarah Inc. and in the event that payment has been made to Adarah Inc. by credit card, you agree that you will not seek to charge back your payment to Adarah Inc. .
If the credit card is declined, you guarantee that you will settle any amounts owed to Adarah Inc. via invoice or cash immediately (after recharge is tried.)
We reserve the right to vary published fares in the event of fluctuations in the exchange rate or price increases made by service providers. All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice.
Please be aware that bookings are non-refundable after 8-weeks and non-transferable. Under certain circumstances (like death in the immediate family), bookings may be cancelled for protected reasons only after 8-weeks. All deposits and payment plan transaction fees are non-refundable regardless. Cancelled bookings will incur charges if not covered. These charges can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced. Where we incur any liability for a cancellation fee or charge for any booking which you cancel, you agree to indemnify us for the amount of that fee or charge.
Health and Special Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure you are aware of any health requirements for your travel destinations and to ensure that you carry all necessary vaccination documentation.
Adarah Inc. and its affiliates are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of personal information. A photography and videography waiver must be signed prior to departure.
